Reiki, founded by Japanese Buddhist Mikao Usui in the early 20th century, is a holistic energy healing practice focused on channeling "spiritually guided life force energy" to promote relaxation and balance. Usui developed his system, Usui Reiki Ryoho, to address both spiritual and physical well-being, believing that stagnant energy in the body from physical or emotional stress could contribute to illness or discomfort. Practitioners gently place their hands on or above specific points on the body, channeling energy to encourage a balanced flow. This practice often brings warmth, deep relaxation, and emotional release, in line with Usui’s core principles of harmony and compassion. Today, Reiki continues to follow Usui’s legacy, fostering healing and well-being in people worldwide.

A Sound Journey, also referred to as a sound bath, is an immersive experience designed to promote deep relaxation and inner exploration through the power of sound. This journey features an infusion of Crystal Tones™ alchemized crystal bowls of the highest frequency, and other instruments, inviting your body, mind, and emotions to release tension and stress.
As the soothing vibrations envelop the space, participants may enter a meditative state that fosters profound insights and connections to their inner selves. For some, this experience can lead to deep intuitive healing, as their own inner intelligence is reactivated.
